Since last year, NewJeans and ADOR have been in dispute over their exclusive contracts.
NewJeans' side asserts that the contracts have been terminated due to ADOR’s breaches.
Meanwhile, ADOR maintains that the exclusive contracts with NewJeans are still valid.
The legal battle is set to begin in earnest next month.
