The couple is said to have registered their marriage last year.
So far, Hsus family has not commented on Wangs upcoming wedding.
He lost over 7 kilograms and appeared visibly gaunt in public following the tragedy.
Legal disputes continued even after their divorce.
Koo moved to Taiwan after the wedding and became affectionately known as the nations brother-in-law.
Tragically, during a family trip to Japan earlier this year, Barbie Hsu passed away from pneumonia-related complications.
Her ashes were later returned to Taiwan following a cremation in Japan.
However, Wang has been widely criticized for his treatment of Hsu during and after their marriage.
Barbie Hsus private funeral took place on March 15th at Chin Pao San in Taiwan.
Only close family members, including Koo Jun Yup, were in attendance.
Wang Xiaofei did not attend, reportedly because he was not invited.
