Kai officially completed his military duty as a social service worker and was discharged on February 10.

Kai also shared what it felt like going to work as a social worker during his service.
He explained,“I know now.
The happiness of resting on the weekend, and not wanting to go to work on Mondays.
When I was promoting before, I couldn’t relate, but now, I know how you feel.
I know it now.
I ate the red pill.
I hate Mondays.”
Not only that, Kai also treated fans to short clips, proving that his dance skills remained sharp.
Meanwhile, Kai enlisted as a social service worker in May 2023.
He serviced for a year and 9 months, returning to fans on February 10.
