On October 30, the 16th Civil Affairs Division of the Seoul Eastern District Court ruled againstMr.
A, CEO ofRecielo, in a 600 million won lawsuit against Park Yoochun.
The court dismissed Mr. A’s claims and also rejected his attempt to file a creditor’s derivative suit.
Mr. A countered that Park Yoochun had violated their agreement by signing a double contract with a Japanese agency.
Despite the injunction, Park Yoochun announced his Japanese comeback with a mini-album and Christmas tour in December 2023.
The appeal filed by his former manager ensures that this dispute is far from over.
