The prosecution has officially indictedPresident Yoon Suk Yeolon charges related to his declaration of martial law.
President Yoons indictment comes 54 days after the declaration of the ‘December 3 Martial Law.’
For now, President Yoon will not undergo further investigation by the prosecution.
Instead, he will defend himself against the rebellion charges in court while remaining in detention.
