The two companies signed a strategic business agreement at SMs headquarters in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, on Monday.
The agreement aims to expand their global content business through a long-term project.
Attending the signing ceremony were SM Co-CEO Tak Young Jun and SAMG Entertainment CEO Kim Soo Hoon.
Collaborative content will feature SM artists alongside SAMGs 3D animation characters."

TeeniepingIP and SMs new girl groupHearts2Hearts, set to debut on February 24.
The companies also plan to develop various forms of collaborative content and merchandise in the future.
