He must step down immediately.

During a press briefing after the meeting, DPK floor spokespersonKang Yoo Jungoutlined the potential timeline for impeachment.

Spokesperson Kang highlighted the urgency of the matter, citing concerns over the possibility of another martial law declaration.

She said, “There is no guarantee that martial law wont be declared again.

This strategic shift allows the party to focus its energy on President Yoons resignation.

A DPK official explained, We are reevaluating our legislative strategy in light of the recent events.

Under parliamentary rules, such motions must be voted on within 72 hours of being reported.

If no vote is held by the afternoon of December 5, the motions will automatically expire.
