On February 26,IST Entertainmentofficially announced that it has mutually terminated its exclusive contract with the K-pop groupWeeekly,effectively marking the end of the groups five-year journey since their debut.

In a statement,IST Entertainmentexplained that after lengthy discussions about future activities, both the agency andWeeeklyagreed to part ways.

The decision comes as the group, which debuted in 2020 with hit tracks like’After School’and ‘Good Day,‘had already undergone significant changesmost notably, the departure of memberJi Yoonin 2022 due to health issues.
